Our Boutique Policies

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returns: We accept returns for exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please review all sizing details carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Curated boxes (including Signature Birthday Box)

  • Made-to-order or altered items

  • Sale or clearance items

Each item is created, selected, or prepared specifically for your order, which means we are unable to restock or resell these pieces.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
